At Bee Cool Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Denim: Due to the nature of denim products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
- Short Dresses: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
